We process orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out according to the shipping option you have selected.

Shipping Fees:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping option selected.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery Guarantee:

At Modafinil Meds, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

Delivery Times:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping option selected, and other factors such as customs clearance. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders, but we will do our best to provide you with an estimated delivery time.

Failed Deliveries:

If delivery of your order is attempted but is unsuccessful due to reasons such as incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier and arrange for re-delivery or pick up of the package. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional cost.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
